Can I change beneficiaries online?

We require you complete the attached form and submit it to use using the "Upload" button. The form will be reviewed for completeness and if accepted, the change will be made an a notification letter sent to you. If there are additional questions we have based on the content of the form, we will contact you based on your contact preferences on file.

Can I get more coverage?

There are many factors that could effect your choice of increased coverage. The answer depends on the specific policy you have, how much you wish to increase it, and certain information about yourself (age, medical conditions, etc). How do loans work on my life insurance policy?

A policyholder may borrow any amount up to the policy's cash value less any outstanding loans and any interest due on the loan. Loan interest is due annually, in advance, at the time the loan is taken and on each policy anniversary. The loan interest on any outstanding loan is billed on the policy anniversary. If the loan interest due is not paid, subject to available policy values, an additional loan will be created to pay the loan interest due and that amount will be added to the outstanding loan balance. A policy loan can be repaid at any time. However, if at any time the outstanding loan amount exceeds the policy's cash value, the policy will lapse. If the policy is in force and there is an outstanding loan balance at the time of the death of the insured, the loan balance will be deducted from the policy's death benefit proceeds paid to the beneficiary.

Can I pay my bill online?

We have recently adopted a method for online payments and are working to accurately connect the payment to the bills. In the mean time, please enter the appropriate Certificate Number or other specific product identifying data you can in the space provided on this formxxx (it's a fake) and we will apply your payment manually. As always, we will contact you if we have any question about which policy you intend to pay.

Where can I find my member ID number?

Your ID number is listed on your premium notice, certificate of insurance or any other documents you may have received from us.

What do I do if I am having trouble logging in?

Can I change my password online?

I got married, can I change my name?

Please contact Customer Service at 800-821-7303 to get instructions and the required legal documents necessary to change the name on your account.

How can I update my address or other information in my Account Profile?

If you need to change any information listed in your Account Profile, please call Customer Service at 800-821-7303 for detailed instructions on how to complete the change.

What do I do if I'm having trouble registering?

If you are having difficulty registering, please call Customer Service at 800-821-7303 and a representative will be happy to help you with the process.
